Progress
Understanding the task was relatively easy because we has an assignment briefing session in our lecture. Our lecturers also showed us examples from our seniors as well as from our lecturer herself. We also took note of the requirements needed, especially in the content part, without forgetting the cover page and the reflection page
Task Segregation

We decided to study an autism-freindly park called Discovery Cove in America. There were alot of parts to the project, so I segregated each task
Research

We then researched on our segregated parts of the project. I was in charge of researching about the softscapes and hardscapes. This was quite challenging because i only had Google Earth has a reference to find the specific species of each plant. Additionally, this park was private so I had to find tourists pictures above the limited and pixelated Google Earth views.

However, I managed to do it patiently with Google Lens and some research on the common softscapes in the area of the park
Infographics

With all the research in a document, we placed them in diagrams taken from Google Earth (a medium recommended by our lecturer) and converted them into infographics
Design

The maps, when compiled together, looked very messy because they did now have a hierarchy or colour and opacity. Thus, I used Procreate to play with opacity and colours to emphasize different information. I also made sure the colours used throughout were cohesive and in a colour scheme
Reflection Video

In each of our reflection video, we decided to reflect on the TGC, and things we improved and and learnt about during the project. We also decided to give subtitles to ease our lecturer's comprehension>
Outcome
Reflection
Lifelong Learning
I learned to learn independently and be intellectually engaged during lectures and tutorials. Whenever my tutors and lecturers provided feedback, I changed accordingly whlist learning something new each time.
Discipline Specific Knowledge
I learned to convert my observations and knowledge I've gathered from young into an official document, and also understood the involvement of local authorities in Taipan.
Digital Literacy
I learned to be effective in using a digital design app, Canva, when arranging the first digital draft. I also became capable of using Procreate fluently, learning the importance of layers.
Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
I learned to think critically and creatively to come up with development ideas after analyzing the condition and the nature of the place. There were also moments where I had to find ways to turn information into infographics yet, convey the same information as the bulleted points
Global Perspective
I learned to be aware of the environment and condition of my area of interest. Although I grew up here, it opened my eyes to things I've never seen before. Now, I can't unsee them, and that became a very huge learning lesson.
Intrapersonal Skills
I've learned to manage my time effectively. During this period of time, I had 4 assignments to juggle all at once and i managed to finish this assignment 2 weeks before submission, yet keeping on track with other assignments.
